Pistol Shooter Manjunath Patagar is the founder and promoter of the academy. He is an international shooter who represented India in the Asian Games 2002. A member of the Indian shooting team for ten years, an All India Police Shooting Champion and trained under foreign coaches, Manjunath has traversed a long journey of sixteen years as a shooting athlete before he started professional coaching in 2008. 

A mentor that a shooter would seek, his shooters have won laurels and represented country at international level and/or are at various stages to Indian Team selection trials.
